1. Does the NSA have a right to collect your personal data without a search warrant or probable cause?
No. They do not. The 4th amendment protects you from that.
2. Why would these tech companies be against providing such said data?
People will not want use them anymore because they think they are being spied on when they use it, and will eventually scare people off of using the internet entirely.
